There is an inner knowing we have been conditioned and trained to silence within ourselves when we were handed the universal manual of success. It included deep programming of what’s considered good and what’s bad. And it was constructed for the lowest common denominator.

It takes a village, sparking and caring for each other, to truly make a difference. Choosing unity, connection and creation. Many have forgotten what this means in pursuit of never ending programming of success and fear, which need constant feeding and depletes most souls.

One of the healthiest things we can do for ourselves is relearning to trust our internal navigation system; our deep intuition. The external noise will grow regardless. But what’s your gut whispering to you, when you put down the manual you were given?

Nature is a fierce teacher of unity and wholeness and everything possible.

Nature is not outside ourselves. When we align with what’s natural — be it real authentic people, food from healthy soil, meaningful work or natural cycles and emotions that feed our souls, bodies, minds and hearts in unity — we reclaim our power. It’s then natural to simply…
