Many young people are now choosing the freedom to navigate life.
They have no interest in setting annual goals with an employer and checking in with a supervisor who tells them how they are progressing.
They are choosing to be lifeaholics on their own terms, and not workaholics. Play, experimenting and challenging themselves are at the heart of their mission.
There is an increasing number of people who no longer fit the traditional job markets.
The perks no longer outweigh the desire for the choice and discernment when it comes to having a balanced, fulfilling life, which includes a career.
