We often like to feel in control, yet sometimes the very controls we set up hold us back.

When this happens, life steps in, prompting changes necessary, often by stirring things up by turning them upside down. These changes, or situations that leave us feeling uncomfortable and powerless, may be happening right now.

These moments offer a chance to learn about ourselves, especially about the power within us or held by others. They provide a prime opportunity to end situations where we’ve given our power away or trusted blindly; at our own expense. Stepping into our own strength means facing our inner demons.

By turning upside down, we open up avenues to connect and break away from old habits and beliefs. Similarly, not everyone will join us on this journey as we forge our own paths. But are we courageous enough to set the foundation for a new direction, engaging our intelligence and…
