Maybe the Cosmic Joke is on Us?
No whale’s out here hustling a TikTok empire.
No tree’s milking rage-clicks for ad revenue.
No octopus is shilling a masterclass on “bouncing back.”
Yet here we are — strutting like peacocks — consuming, posturing, and calling it progress.
Piling tech on top of our broken wiring, then scratching our heads when it feels like a cosmic scam.
But maybe intelligence isn’t about tools, apps, or likes.
Maybe it’s about grooving with the universe, not arm-wrestling it into submission.
Alan Watts: “You’re not the boss of the cosmos, man — you’re just a ripple in the dance.”
Yeah — we’ve been toddlers with a torch.
But some of us are putting the torch down.
And picking up something within us: Curiosity. Presence.
Unlearning the hustle, the outrage, the ego-trip branding.
Learning to be — not just do.
That’s not just intelligence.
That’s the universe winking back at us.
