Every stage in life has a beginning and end. Staying too long in unhealthy realms spoils the joy of what’s next. When we listen to our heart, it mostly knows when to move on. The question is, do we dare to listen?

Did we lose a job or a close relationship ended? Are we an empty nester? Did a strong friendship suddenly break? And are these big changes or simply part of the flow of life?

We may spend lots of time wondering why. We may think we can’t move on until we understand why things shifted or broke. But, this can cause us stress and also everyone around us.

Everything changes, but we learn to let go. It may hurt, but hurt is part of life. We can get rid of old stuff. Give things away. Sell or give what weighs us down. When we let go of old memories, we make space for new ones.

Life is not a game with marked cards. There are no winners or losers when we stop competing. There is no ned to keep replaying old hurts. We also don’t need to hang on to broken love or promises of work. And there is never a “perfect…
