Fear and stress bring disease and illness to our physical and mental body. Harboring anger, stress, fear, worries and frustrations conjures up dis-ease in the body. How we choose to respond matters, as that’s what’s within our control.
This is a time to imagine and create the relationship we want with life. It is a time to balance our nervous system and understand that stress is the foundation of disease.
Stress impacts our wellbeing regardless of how clean we eat and how much healing we bring into our life. Becoming aware of the root cause of our stress helps us get to the source of our worries and fears, which need not come with us.
When something in the past is forgiven, it ripples through the present and into the future. This is why being present is so important, and yet a challenge for many of us. But it is up to each of us to take small steps into the unknown where stress does not need to come with us, especially when we are aware of its source.
Maybe less stress and more imagination is on the horizon? Why? Stress depletes. Imagination unleashes our true potential.
